Job Description – Junior Sales Executive (3+ Years Experience)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, particularly in the outdoor media space, to drive consistent revenue growth.
Identify potential leads for hoardings, billboards, transit media, and retail branding; pitch relevant solutions and follow up to close deals efficiently.
Support senior sales managers in executing location-specific sales strategies and achieving targets across outdoor ad inventories.
Conduct on-ground and market research to understand high-footfall areas, local brand preferences, and competitor media placements.
Maintain accurate records of site bookings, client meetings, contracts, and campaign executions using the CRM system.
Coordinate with media planning, operations, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment of outdoor campaigns with brand goals.
Attend client meetings, media audits, industry expos, and brand events to represent the company and showcase OOH capabilities.
Deliver site walk-throughs, media plans, and visual presentations tailored to the client’s geography, budget, and audience segment.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across OOH formats while ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated with outdoor media trends, government regulations, new site opportunities, and seasonal advertising patterns.
