Job Description – Senior Sales Executive (8+ Years Experience)
Lead end-to-end sales and marketing strategies for high-impact outdoor media, branding rollouts, and integrated advertising campaigns.
Identify high-value business opportunities in transit media, hoardings, mall branding, and experiential activations; forge long-term partnerships with brands and media buyers.
Collaborate with creative, media planning, and fabrication teams to deliver ROI-focused outdoor solutions aligned with client objectives.
Mentor and guide junior sales and marketing staff, setting aggressive yet achievable sales goals and driving accountability through KPIs.
Analyze footfall patterns, urban expansion trends, and competitor OOH activity to shape proactive placement and pricing strategies.
Develop winning proposals, pitch decks, and media plans customized for enterprise and regional clients across retail, real estate, and healthcare sectors.
Own and surpass quarterly revenue targets, ensuring profitability, timely execution, and client satisfaction across outdoor campaigns.
Represent the agency at OOH summits, brand conclaves, and industry forums to enhance visibility, build credibility, and drive new business.
Oversee the alignment of all client-facing marketing materials—offline and digital—with the agency’s brand tone and messaging clarity.
Manage CRM systems, media inventories, campaign analytics, and forecasting reports to enable data-backed sales decisions and agile planning.
