Job Description – Telecaller (3+ Years Experience)
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients—brands, media buyers, and local businesses—to promote outdoor advertising services and generate qualified leads.
Understand client goals (location targeting, visibility, campaign duration) and recommend suitable outdoor media formats like hoardings, kiosks, and transit ads.
Maintain accurate call logs, update lead stages, and document client interactions specific to media site inquiries in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects to schedule site visits, media audits, or connect them with sales executives for detailed proposals.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align pitch scripts and outreach efforts with current OOH inventory and campaigns.
Handle pricing objections, space availability queries, and permit-related concerns with professionalism and clarity.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets, contributing to outdoor campaign bookings and sales funnel velocity.
Ensure every call reflects the brand’s credibility and commitment to delivering high-visibility outdoor solutions.
Stay up-to-date with newly acquired sites, rate cards, seasonal promotions, and geography-specific offers to enhance pitch effectiveness.
Support inbound calls for media booking inquiries or campaign coordination while maintaining professional call etiquette and tone.
