About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Head to lead and optimize the overall functioning of BrandBanao.ai. You’ll oversee smooth execution across Digital, Outdoor (OOH), Creative, and Client Servicing divisions—driving efficiency, accountability, and performance excellence. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Oversee and streamline daily operations across all departments.
  • • Build structured workflows ensuring timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
  • • Manage vendor coordination, budgeting, billing, and operational compliance.
  • • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals.
  • • Collaborate with management on business planning and resource optimization.
  • • Track KPIs, analyze performance, and implement process improvements.
  • • Supervise printing, mounting, and OOH execution, ensuring timely completion and documentation.

Qualifications

  • • 10–15 years of experience in marketing, media, or agency operations.
  • • Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns (Digital, OOH, Creative).
  • • Strong skills in process design, vendor management, and budgeting.
  • • Excellent leadership, coordination, and analytical abilities.
  • • MBA / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Operations preferred.
